Mapi Values considers the opinions of clients to be of paramount importance. A satisfaction questionnaire is sent to clients on completion of projects, and periodically during long-running projects. We appreciate the time taken by clients to complete our questionnaire and proactively seek follow-up discussions.

Our aim is to have only completely satisfied clients, who are happy to recommend us to their colleagues. 70% of our projects come from existing clients or via direct recommendations from clients.
